1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Futurinx, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Futurinx provides web development, app development, SEO, digital marketing, web design, and digital transaction services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work delivered by Futurinx shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Futurinx retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, an advance deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Futurinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

6. Modifications

Futurinx reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
